I’ve lived this from both sides — as the hourly employee who had no voice, and as the leader who carried everything with no foundation beneath me.
What I learned is this: it was never a people problem. It was always a leadership problem. And the Lord used every single one of those experiences to prepare me for this calling.
In a season of seeking God’s direction, He revealed that my years in operations were not wasted — they were preparation. “Glory Hands,” a name given to my mother by the Holy Spirit, became the name of this mandate: to go into the restaurant and hospitality industry and restore true servant leadership from the root up.
I was not recruited into this work. I was called to it.
I operate from biblical principles of shepherding — guarding, guiding, and providing for the people entrusted to my care. Every leader I work with, every frontline staff member I pour into, is God’s people. And they deserve to be led correctly.
That is why I am here. And I am not moving until the work is done.

Most consulting starts with systems. We start with leadership. Because until the person at the top understands that they are a Shepherd — called, set apart, and accountable to a standard higher than a P&L sheet — nothing built beneath them will hold. Our work is rooted in biblical principles of servant leadership, and we do not skip steps.
Both in that order. We never skip to the frontline without first establishing the foundation in leadership. Once leadership is grounded in the standard of true servant leadership, we pour directly into your frontline staff — equipping them to understand their roles, their purpose, and what it truly means to serve from the heart. Both levels must be restored for the transformation to hold.
